What are we doing?

At The Sweet Skin Co we are all in on skin. We're also passionate about the importance of feeling good in yourself and doing good for our environment. 


To ensure that we remain not only sweet by name but also sweet by nature too, we have considered every step of our processes to make sure our planet remains positive!

SHIPPING

To make sure our carbon footprint stay as low as possible, we ensure all of our products are shipped over land & with as few steps as possible, A to B and nothing in-between,

PARTNERSHIPS

We only work with suppliers that share our passion for sustainable practices.  All of our skincare partnerships are UK based, GMP certified, Vegan friendly & there is absolutely no animal testing. 

INGREDIENTS

We ensure our formulations include only the highest grade naturally derived ingredients and actives. Sulphate, Paraben * & alcohol free, all the good stuff with no nasties.    

PACKAGING

All of our packaging is widely recycled and/or compostable.  There are zero one time use plastics in our entire product range.

That is why we have chosen to implement our very own system of nature compensation that simultaneously cleans up the environment whilst supporting impoverished communities around the globe. We have teamed up with Empower, who implement a system based on the long-standing success of the Scandinavian plastic bottle recycling system. By giving plastic a value, people are incentivised to recycle it.


For every sale from our skincare range, 2KG of plastic waste is cleaned up and recycled.

IMPACT

Thanks to your support, this system is now being exported across the globe, and cleanup projects have helped transform landscapes in Nigeria, Tanzania, India, Sri Lanka and more.
